Agent compliance track

A practical path for agents and agency owners to check where they stand, learn the rules in plain words, practise real decisions, and get optional help. Every step is free to try. Nothing here is legal advice, and nothing promises business results or income.

1. Check where you stand

Twenty questions, about eight minutes, grouped by the work you do: insurance, mortgage, investments, FINTRAC records, devices and home, cloud accounts and AI tools. You get a clear rating for each area, what is at stake, how training and support close each gap, and an estimate of the hours a safe AI assistant could give back. Available in English, Hindi, Hinglish, Punjabi and Pinglish.

2. Learn the rules step by step

Guided walk-throughs of the frameworks behind each area, with a connection map and the decisions each one asks someone to take.

3. Practise the decisions

The Decision Room puts you in the seat of the person who must decide: a lost laptop, a client file sent to the wrong address, an unusual cash payment. Weigh the considerations, choose, and see what follows. Five decisions a game; it gets harder each time you do well, and every result shows what we would put in place and what it saves in money, reputation and compliance.

4. Get help where you want it (optional)

Privacy training, technical safeguards mapped to ISO 27002, breach response plan and rehearsal, the connected AI assistant with an AI use rule and client wording. Quoted separately and only if you ask: contact us for prices. There is no minimum purchase and no requirement for your team to buy anything.

5. See your team's progress

A simple view for the agency owner of who has completed which step. In preparation; shown in the pilot.

The connected assistant: your week, before and after

One assistant across your calendar, email, sheets and tasks, set up on approved tools with limits, an approval step and an activity log. Illustrative: your own results depend on your set-up and how you work.

Before

  • Double-booked meetings and rebooking by hand
  • Documents requested three times by email
  • A renewal found a week late
  • Notes retyped into three places
  • Client details copied into a personal spreadsheet

After

  • Meetings booked from a link and added to the calendar
  • Missing documents chased in your own wording after you approve
  • Renewals and life events flagged in advance
  • Meeting notes summarised and attached to the file
  • One tracking sheet in a protected workspace with an activity log

The assistant drafts outreach for your approval. Messages go out only with each client's recorded consent, and every action is logged.
