Refund & Deferral Policy

After the cooling-off period

Deferrals
You may defer to a later cohort once at no charge if you request it at least [N days] before your start date. Further deferrals may attract an administrative fee of [amount].
Switching delivery format
You can switch between delivery formats between modules. If you move to a lower-priced format the difference is [credited / refunded]; to a higher-priced format the difference is payable.
If we cancel or reschedule
If we cancel a cohort or make a material change you can't accommodate, you're entitled to a full refund or a free transfer to another cohort — your choice.
Self-paced enrolments
