🎯 About this course

You learn each rule through its parts, a short story, the deciding case and the trap that catches careless readers, using the Bare Act Studio study cards. A closing module shows who makes, applies and decides the rules, where the official text lives and which forum fits which problem. It is a study course and not legal advice.

By the end you will be able to

  • Apply the tests for a valid contract, free consent, consideration and lawful objects to a set of facts.
  • Explain what the law allows a party to recover for breach of contract.
  • Explain Articles 14, 19, 21, 21A and 32 and apply them to a set of facts.
  • Describe the institutions that make, apply and decide the rules.
  • Identify the authoritative source for the Constitution and an Act and check its date.
  • Choose the right forum and remedy for a contract dispute and for a violation of a right.
