🎯 About this course

You follow a client, Ravi, whose phone is snatched, from the first report to judgment and appeal. At each stage you learn who acts, which document is produced, which clock runs and which section governs. A closing module shows the records a case produces, the time limits that run on them and how to track a case on the public portals. It is a study course and not legal advice.

By the end you will be able to

  • Describe each stage of a criminal case and the document it produces.
  • Apply the custody clocks and the rules of bail to a set of facts.
  • Explain what each record of a case proves and how its absence harms the case.
  • Plan a file around its clocks and track a case on the public portals.
